Ten more to go to my first goal

I worked late tonight so I'll be keeping today's blog brief.

The main thing on my mind today is that when I weighed myself this morning I was within 10 pounds of my first goal: To no longer being obese!

That's right, soon I may just be overweight 🙂

Just have to keep getting up and running every day, and avoid all those foods I love but I also know shouldn't be part of my daily diet:

  • Beer
  • Buffalo Wings
  • Pizza
  • Cookies
  • Crackers
  • Ice Cream
  • Candy and Soda
  • Huge Buns and Rolls
  • Donuts and Pastry
  • Gobs of Butter
  • Moountains of Cheese
  • Piles of Salt
  • Gallons of Buffalo Sauce

That's not to say I can never have them – I'm actually allowing myself Friday Nights off.

But during the week my focus is on eating the following for breakfast and lunch:

  • Apples
  • Special K Breakfast Sandwiches
  • Spring Mix Salads with Carrots
  • Chicken Breast
  • Nuts
  • Water

And I'm also trying to limit myself to just two cups of coffee a day 🙂
